ManyChat is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for discovery, proof of concept and finding product market fit for a new product. 

About the role
We are looking for a team member who can provide thought leadership that helps the company reach its goals in collaboration with Leadership Team, Product team, Analytics, Marketing and Customer support.

As a Product Manager you will be: 
 • identifying customers' needs and use cases; 
 • creating a short and long-term vision and roadmaps;
 • consistently assess business impact. 

We are looking for: 
 • 3+ years experience in hands-on product discovery and development;
 • Work experience in Scrum/Agile environment;
 • Strong knowledge of digital product funnels, user segmentation, SaaS metrics;
 • Perfect product sense and understanding of customer needs;
 • Proven track record in working closely with UX designers and keen curiosity about user experience;
 • Advanced English language skills (written and verbal).
